Bryony Gordon is a journalist, author and mental health campaigner. She has worked at the Telegraph since 2000 and has had two Sunday Times bestsellers: The Wrong Knickers and Mad Girl. She has a podcast series, Mad World, in which guests talk candidly about their mental health. Guests have included everyone from Prince Harry to a nurse. She is the founder of Mental Health Mates, a peer support group that now exists across the UK.
